By purchasing my artwork you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to be familiar with these terms. They are subject to change at any time.
All my artwork is raster digital images. I do not make vector graphics, traditional paintings, 3D models etc.

1. Uses for artwork

• My art can not be used for NFT's/Non Fungible Tokens.
• My art can not be used for AI or to train AI.
• My art can not be used in a hateful manner. Homophobia/ LGBTQphobia/Transphobia, ableism, hating beliefs, racism, ect.
• All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.

2. Content guide

Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Please keep my art style in mind when ordering; I will not try to match another artist's or company's art style.
By ordering any nsfw/18+ art you are agreeing that you and all your characters are 18 or older.Allowed Content:• Anthropomorphic characters

• Fanart
• Monsters (Depends on what they look like.)
• Most Original Species
• SFW
• NSFW*
• Complicated Designs*

3. Commission Process

There are no hard deadlines, only rough estimates. I mention approximate time in post informing about commission slot, YCH (your character here), adoptable etc. Unless otherwise specified, deadline is up to 4 months.All discussion of commissions can be conducted via telegram, discord, email, YCH.commishes CRM (only if commission slot/ych/adoptable was placed on YCH.commishes), X (twitter). I can respond you on FurAffinity or DeviantArt notes but it may take longer. All links can be found at the very bottom of this pageAs an artist, I:• Reserve the right to deny service to anyone without further explanation.
• Retain the exclusive copyright to my work.
• Retain rights to use my work for my social media, portfolio, commission advertising etc. You can ask me not to do this because of personal reasons when placing your commission.
• May postpone the deadline for completing the artwork. In that case I inform you about the delay.As a customer you:• May upload and share commission anywhere as long as credit is given to the artist
• May not remove my watermark and/or signature(s) from the piece except in case of cropping for avatar or icon use, in which case credit must be clearly given elsewhere.
• May not edit the artwork without permission from the artist. This includes removing the watermark, coloring the sketch, painting over it, etc.
• May not claim to have drawn the piece(s).
• May not resell my artwork for higher than the original price.
• Must provide a visual reference of any and all character(s).

- If you have no visual reference or it is not clear enough than I can work with text description. It is considered custom design and cost extra 20-50$ depending on complexity.

• May give me detailed description of your idea (visual references are appreciated) or artistic freedom in terms of posing and composition. For me, it is easier to work with some guidance than with loose idea only.
• Must pay upfront. I will not begin work until payment has been received.
• May ask for commission updates within a reasonable time frame if I have not provided them.

- About once a week is considered reasonable.
- Responses will be given within 72 hours.

• May ask for edits on sketching stage and coloring stage.

- Rough sketch. You may ask me to do major changes (composition, pose, proportions etc.) without any limits. Keep it respectful to me and my time and do not overuse this rule.
- Clean sketch. You may ask me to do minor changes only(details, face features, minor pose changes etc.) within 20% of image.
- Flat colored lineart. You may ask me to change colors only within 20% of image.
- All subsequent edits are paid for unless it is an artist’s mistake. Charge starts with $5 and depends on complexity.

• May not upload and share WIP (Work In Progress) images that I send you for approval. You may share them with characters’ owners only by sending directly.
• Will be given a high resolution PNG file as well as a smaller upload friendly PNG file once the commission is finished. It’s your own responsibility to download and archive these for your own use.

4. Payment

I start work after full prepayment only. All payments are made in USD only.Services you can use for payment:• Lava.top – primary (card, PayPal)
• Boosty – secondary (only bank card)
• Sberbank card (only available for residents of the CIS)I do not receive payments through any other service or platform. Please, make sure that you are able to use any of these platforms before commissioning me.

5. Refunds and payment plans

I do not accept refunds due to technical aspects. By purchasing commission you agree that you no longer may ask for refund.
As an artist, I can either complete commission or offer any type of artwork to cover the requested refund. You may or may not accept any of these options; however refund is not available in any case.
I do not accept payment plans either due to relatively small amounts.
